Maktech Investments Limited is a construction company based in Kampala, Uganda. The company needed software to manage its sales, marketing, and support. After one quick google search they landed on MonkeyPesa, an all-in-one software for sales, marketing and support.
The company uses MonkeyPesa to keep track of all connections from architects and their customers. They send weekly emails to all their architects with relevant information they use in what Maktech terms as design support.
Ever since Maktech deployed MonkeyPesa, they have seen an increase in the number of leads by over 250%. Because they are now intentionally tracking the sales business has grown by over 100% in just 6 months.
